Mr. R. R. Maheshwari

  • Qualifications: B.E. (Hons) in Chemical Engineering from BITS Pilani, MBA from FMS, Delhi, and a qualified ICWAI
  • Industry Experience: With over 45 years of expertise, Mr. Maheshwari is a seasoned leader in the nonwoven and textile industries. He previously served as a Director at Ginni Filaments Ltd., where he made significant contributions to the company’s growth and expansion.

Key Achievements:

  • Plant Setup & Business Leadership: Mr. Maheshwari has successfully established numerous plants across India for his employers, driving operational excellence and innovation. He played a pivotal role in spearheading the marketing division and launching new products in diverse global markets.
  • Entrepreneurship: He was instrumental in founding Ginni Nonwovens and establishing consumer products lines, including wipes and liquid facilities.
  • Technological Innovation: He introduced Spunlace technology and initiated wipes production in India, pioneering these advancements in the region.
  • Global Partnerships: Under his leadership, major global hygiene and consumer goods companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Unicharm, Reckitt Benckiser, and SCA Hygiene (now Essity) were brought on board for Spunlace and wipes production.

Industry Representation:

  • Mr. Maheshwari has represented Ginni Nonwoven at leading global trade exhibitions, including IDEA, INDEX, and ANEX, since 2007.
  • He is a regular attendee of key international conferences organized by INDA and EDANA, such as Outlook, Hygienix, and WOW, staying at the forefront of industry trends and innovations.

Recent Initiatives:

  • Most recently, Mr. Maheshwari has introduced advanced Air-through nonwoven technology to India, further enhancing the country’s capabilities in the nonwoven sector.

Ms. Deepti Maheshwari

  • Qualifications: B.Tech. in Textile Technology from IIT Delhi
  • Specialization: Trained in technical textiles and nonwoven technologies, with a strong expertise in the field
  • Global Experience: Ms. Maheshwari brings extensive experience working with leading nonwoven technology companies across the globe, offering a deep understanding of the industry’s latest trends and innovations.
  • Industry & Consultancy Expertise: With a broad background in both the textile industry and consultancy, she has contributed significantly to various projects spanning business process management and technical consulting.
  • Professional Background: Ms. Maheshwari spent six years working with prominent U.S.-based consultancy and advisory firms, specializing in business process management and operational optimization.
  • ACE Involvement: She has been an integral part of ACE Nonwoven since its inception, playing a key role in the company’s growth and development.
